Hi, I have a problem that I have been trying to solve for months and I can't. The mydmx app simply doesn't work, it closes unexpectedly without letting me work. I have tried everything, deleting the app, updating the app, updating the iPad's OS, changing to Samsung, Amazon tablets, a new iPad and on all of them the app closes unexpectedly. The device is new and I have never been able to use it because the app doesn't work.

Has anyone had this problem and knew how to solve it?

Hi Jose, it is incredibly odd for the app to crash on every single tablet device you've tried. Was the hardware on and the tablet device connected to the GOs WIFI connection each time? Does it happen if the hardware is not on and connected to the tablet device?
Whjat are some of the android and iOS software versions that you used?
