Failed to load the library VIZI SPOT LED.ssI2

Hello

My name is Nicolae Andrei, I recently bought an ADJ MyDMX 3.0 dmx controller to control my lights. I have 2 Adj Vizi LED Spot and 2 Shehds LED Moving Head 19x15W RGBW Wash/Zoom. I have a problem with the EasyView2 program, it does not recognize my Vizi LED Spot lights. After I open Mydmx3, I go to the 3D Visualizer tools, EasyView2 opens and I receive the following message: "The patch has changed. Would you like to import it?", I answer yes and I receive the following message: "Failed to load the library VIZI SPOT LED.ssI2", (it sees the other Shehds lights).

I get this error on both windows and macos sequoia

Can I solve this problem?

Hi, try finding the profile from the ..SSL library website and replace it in the scanlibrary folder and in your patched show.

Hi, Jingle. I find the profile on store.dmxsoft and replace it in the scan library folder and my patched show but I get the same error. Do you have any other suggestion? Thanks!

Hi, can you tell me the version date of. the 3.0 software you have. installed as well as what Mac OS you are on? The full mac OS numbers will be better than the name of the OS to me.
I am on a M2 MAc Mini and the Dec. 21st 2023 release of MyDMX 3 and the profile loads fine into the 3D. It seems to have a bug with the gobo wheel but it doesn't crash like yours.

Hi, my version of Mydmx 3.0 is Version Oct 26 2022 (22.1026.0.0) and I use it on a MacBookPro 14, with M1pro, 16Gb and macOS Sequoia 15.1.1

(I also try it on my Windows Hp laptop with windows 10 pro i5 6300, 8GB, MyDmx 3.0 Version oct 21 2022 (22.1021.9630.1511) and I have the same issue)
