Mega Par Profile LED Screen wont stop blinking

I am fairly new to programing lights and what not. I am trying to program this last Mega Par Profile into my DMX chain. The LED screen on the back wont stop blinking and i cant get it to work right. Its on the same channel as the rest of my fixtures and it has its own address but its not working when i input it into my Luminaire app. Its the last fixture on the chain, does that have anything to do with it not working? Any tips or tricks is GREATLY appreciated.

So the blinking display means it is not getting DMX signal on its DMX input port, this could be a bad cable or something like that. you can try plugging it into the first spot in the chain and see if its any different.

Thanks Jingles but it’s still flashing. I’ve tried a brand new cord and tried plugging it into cable that I know it getting a signal and still it’s blinking. Is there a way to do a hard rest or something?

no, no way to full reset a static fixture...... i'd call into our service line and see if they can diagnose it over the phone with you. We are open for about another hour or give us a call monday. The number is on the adj.com website.
