Fog Fury Jett

Hi just bought my second fog fury jett. First one last week worked perfectly out of the box. The second one is continually emitting puffs of smoke.

Im only using the remotes supplied and i have not messed with any settings so when i press one remote both machine fire off, which is fine as it's for a panto but these puffs of smoke are a bit annoying!

Not any kind of expert so some help would be great before i start messing with settings! .

Also using the remotes ( dmx is above me lol) can i train each remote to only fire one machine?
