WMX1 ISSUE

Hi, so we've actually unbanned Shehds, so that's not a issue anymore.
I would suggest you test the fixture with a short DMX cable, no D-FI connected to rule out any wonky wireless DMX interference. We've had many users with the same fixture and profile work on WMX1 just fine.

You should try the 275W profiles that are built into the profiles section of the WTOOLS. there are two, one for a Beam, one that says beam spot and wash, that might be the one you need as 10Rs might be a hybrid.

Actually looking at it now, the Beam spot wash one, is the one that is lacking information for colors and gobos. The same information that the manual you linked is lacking as well.

Did you ever figure this out? We’re having the same problem right now. We can’t get the profile to work. We can do certain functions like on/off and make the color wheel blink, so we know the program is speaking to light to a certain level, but it will do literally nothing else.

Hello everyone, from what I read here, if the original manual from the manufacturer is incomplete or wrong, there is one way to solve the problem and will take some time: Just get your hands on a dmx controller, a ''desk'' controller the ones that have 128 or 512 channels and 24 or 48 faders (like the one in the attached picture) and slide the faders up one by one and check every channel manually for values and write them down on a paper, basically write your own correct manual for the light. That`s what I do when I get some lights with no user manual or incomplete/wrong typed manual. I`m just a forum member a hobbyst lighting guy, not the expert and this was just my opinion shared.
