I was using the dongle to address some fixtures for a show. Suddenly it stopped working. The computer still shows that it is connected. I've updated the software and firmware. Reset to factory settings. Used other cables. But, I can't get any fixture to receive DMX from the dongle anymore. Any help would be appreciated. I have a show next Friday.

Hi does the dongle itself on the display change from "01" or "Er" or "PC" when connected to the program?

Ok so best way is to go into the hardware manager and with one light hooked up to the DMX use the DMX tester in hardware manager to see if its the dongle or the light, it will probably help to patch the light to start at address 01.
So close down the 3.0 program, make sure it is not running and then open hardware manager and try that and let me know.
I have tried that with 3 different fixtures. No luck.

Just to confirm, the interface is being detected in the software? In other words, when you go into Preferences and Devices, the MYDMX 3 is checked active?
Also, have you tried using a different USB cable? Sometimes restarting the computer might help.
I've tried with different USB cables and on 3 different computers. The interface is detected but it's not sending DMX signal to any of the fixtures I use. I've tried them all one by one.
