Dongle Not Working

I was using the dongle to address some fixtures for a show. Suddenly it stopped working. The computer still shows that it is connected. I've updated the software and firmware. Reset to factory settings. Used other cables. But, I can't get any fixture to receive DMX from the dongle anymore. Any help would be appreciated. I have a show next Friday.
