Hello everyone.

I know this is an old post but I had given up.
I thought I would have another go.
I have now tried it on my macbook pro and 2 different pc laptops. I have tried updating the firmware on the wolfmix and the software on all my computers. I have even tried to toggle the toggle button but I still cant get the visualiser to connect to my wolfmix. It is really frustrating, especially as I paid for the upgrade.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

Hello.
I have some good news.

This morning I uninstalled wolf mix and deleted the easy connect folder from my C drive, and also from another program that had it installed, then re-installed the wolfmix software and then the easy view software, and now it works.

Something must have been conflicting. I will try the same on my other computers.
