Wolfmix not connecting to 3D link Easy View

Hello.

I am using Mac Big Sur and I have the latest firmware and software.
I have paid for the 3D Link upgrade but when toggle on and launch the Easy view software, the Easy View Connect screen does not show my wolfmix in the Hardware(s) available window ?

Please help.
