VMS4 not working on new PC laptop

Hey guys,

So as of late, I've been using the VMS4 on my Mac, and it's run glitch free, no problems. But when I try to use it with my Lenovo y560p (Sandy Bridge i7, 8 GB RAM, AMD 6570M GPU), I'm running into problems. Both Torq and Traktor recognize it as an audio device as well as MIDI device, but aren't receiving any input. I've got the drivers installed and updated. Still no dice.

Anyone else having this problem?

have you contacted support?

i cant comment on torq, but for traktor:
can you post screenshots of the respective preferences?

also, do you already have a generic midi device created in the controller manager?
(if you're not sure, pls also post a screenshot with the dropdown field open)
