VF1600 Smoke Machine Issue

Hoping you can help me here. I’ve got two VF1600 smoke machines that have both gone faulty with the same problem. Basically they power up but are not heating. I’ve got no LEDs on the wired remotes on both units. The remotes are both good and have been tested on an alternative machine. The thermal seems to be letting power through so I don’t think it’s that. Amy help or advice would be appreciated. One is about 14 months old and the other is 6 weeks old. Both machines get used 4 nights a week and are always well maintained and kept topped up with fluid.

I’m aware that the newer unit will be covered under warranty but I’m just trying to avoid the hassle of draining it, purging it, boxing it up etc.
