Stepper Motor Replacement?

Hi all,
I'm looking to replace a stepper motor controlling the gobo wheel on one of my Mighty Scans. However, I can't grasp how to properly separate the motor from the metal assembly that the motor is mounted on. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks.
