Scenes and uplighting

So i am getting ready to do my first Uplighted wedding. i have 10 plus scenes programed and was wondering what the best way to add up lighting to my scenes. i would like to be able to change the color through out the night, or set them to sound active on the fly, what is the best way to do this?

I would say simply, edit your scenes and add in the uplights. Pick a color etc...
