Please help me solve the problem with starting my My dmx 3.0
After starting the program, the green diode flashes slowly in the interface and the lights do not work in this mode.
After removing the USB cable from the computer and re-inserting it into the computer, the green diode in the interface starts flashing quickly and the interface connection panel appears.

Hi, can you tell me the exact version date when it appears in the load screen on the software? I'm not sure what version that link is giving.
Also are you updated to the latest Mac OS?

That version is the. latest one we have, and i myself am on a M2 Mac Mini and i have no issues running the program.

Hi so when that pop up screen says the interface serial number and you click start, what happens?
when I press start, the interface starts correctly, the problem is that the start screen only opens after re-inserting the USB cable into the computer
Are you using a USB-Hub? perhaps it is not seeing. the interface after being plugged in for a while? The interface is hot swappable, so you can turn on the program then plug in the USBand it should detect the device once its plugged in.
