Need help with Amp - Not American Audio

If it's a stereo amp and you're powering two speakers in stereo, you cannot biamp. If you want to biamp in mono this is possible if your main speakers are capable of biamping. If you're adding a subwoofer/s, you can biamp with a single amp as well although you will be again in mono.

My first question is simple...is this your only amplifier? If yes, get another immediately for backup. If not, what amp do you currently have in addition to this? When biamping, I prefer to use 2 amps. Both for sound quality as well as having backup if need be (nevermind I have 2 more amps racked and ready to go in case of a catastrophic failure).

Question#2; Knowing more about what your system goals are will help us help you. What is your intentions??

Nothing personal, just has to do with the amount of posts you make. I and most around here know you have a ton of experience. In fact you Dj'd the "Last Supper"

I currently have the Velocity - Player
DXr5 - Mixer
DLS-15 - Speakers

I do have 2 amps. The thing is that I have an event coming up that is outside and I just wanted to have a little more bottom sound so that I can use the DLS-15 as the highs up on stands.

Unless you can give some other suggestions/work arounds. I usually only work small gigs no more than 250 people. So far what I have has served me well. Not ready to start getting "more" equipment when it will only sit there.

2 amps u say??....okay, leave the first amp and speakers just as they are.....grab the 2nd amp and hook up to the "subwoofer out" of the mixer and then from that amp to the subs.....simple and sweet..

there are other ways to hook ur system up but that should work fine for what ur looking for...

What model amp and speakers? Remember brand name get blanked not model numbers.

What I have in my system is a RMX1450. with the DLS-15's

The extra amp and speakers are both P****Y's

I think that what DJ Fobster recommended will work just fine. I will play with that and see what I can do this weekend
