2 amps u say??....okay, leave the first amp and speakers just as they are.....grab the 2nd amp and hook up to the "subwoofer out" of the mixer and then from that amp to the subs.....simple and sweet..

there are other ways to hook ur system up but that should work fine for what ur looking for...
