I am trying to install MyDMX on my new Win 11 laptop.
The software installs and runs fine. The driver install finishes without error, but the device manager says that the Sushi1A device is not installed and MyDMX does not see it and runs in demo mode.
What am I missing?

Hi, do you mean Hardware manager program? What does windows 11 Device manager say? it should say "intelligent USB DMX interface SIUDI9M" in the Universal Serial Bus controllers section.

Under Universal Serial Buss Controllers there is nothing like USB DMX interface listed.
Hi, I would re-run the driver install. go to C:\MyDMX3\driver and run the SiudiDriver exe and let it install the drivers again.

I don't have a MyDMX3 folder.
I do have a MyDMX2.1 folder and reran it from there. Unfortunately it did not help.
My laptop has an ARM processor so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.
Thanks for the help, but I'm starting to think the issue is that the drivers won't work on a laptop with an ARM processor.
I downloaded MyDMX3 and installed those drivers and got the error that it couldn't find drivers for my machine.
So if anyone knows if there are drivers for a laptop with an ARM processor that would be great, but I don't know if any have been created.
The program and drivers don't support ARM based processors, I'd take the computer back and get an intel or AMD based system. Sorry.
The program itself runs great. So at least I can use this laptop for doing offline programming.
