Thanks for the help, but I'm starting to think the issue is that the drivers won't work on a laptop with an ARM processor.

I downloaded MyDMX3 and installed those drivers and got the error that it couldn't find drivers for my machine.

So if anyone knows if there are drivers for a laptop with an ARM processor that would be great, but I don't know if any have been created.
