MYDMX 3.0 Loading Error - Could not read file | ADJ Forums

We have been running MYDMX3.0 Version (Jan13 2020 BUILD) for about a year with no issues. Last night at show file (Bluemonday2021.dvc) would not load.

Loading Error - Could not read file

We reverted to an old showfile.

Can we get file corrected somehow?

Over 100 hours of work gone..

Hi email me the file or if it is a large file (over 30mb) please link it to me through yousend it or google drive or something.
jamesk@adj.com and I will send it to the devs to have it looked at.
Also we do have a June 2021 release up and it does require a firmware upgrade to the box, but it is the latest and we always urge users to use the latest where possible.

I'm upgrading to the June 2021 release. Does this require a new license from my 2020 license?

I have successfully installed to MYDMX 3.0 June 2021 and upgraded FIRMWARE. synced license via the SUT software.

Hi, I sent it to the developers to see if they can fix it today, should hear back sometime tomorrow, usually.
