Hi email me the file or if it is a large file (over 30mb) please link it to me through yousend it or google drive or something.
jamesk@adj.com and I will send it to the devs to have it looked at.
Also we do have a June 2021 release up and it does require a firmware upgrade to the box, but it is the latest and we always urge users to use the latest where possible.
