I sent in mydmxgo to get repair. I Just received it on Jan 3, 2020. I plugged it up to try it out. I created generic par in profile builder and uploaded to myDMXgo.. I made and save 10 different presets with different colors using my generic pars and my chauvet kinta. it worked great. I did a gig. Jan 11, 2020. Everything worked.. Then the next day on Sunday I decide to rename my generic pars. I tried to upload my fixtures Sunday night from my profile builder to myDMXgo but it wouldn't upload. Monday morning I tried again. It was taking forever to upload so I aborted it. I unlogged from mydmxgo and profile builder logged back in and tried it. Finally it upload to myDMXgo. I opened the apps and tried it, now my chauvet mini kinta IRC wont save to my presets. I tried to save the kinta to different colors but it wouldn't save it.. The pars works perfect but the kinta doesn't, it seems that the kinta goes to the reset default state. I made a YouTube video showing my mini kinta and my generic pars working perfect.. Why doesn't my mini Kinta save to the presets?
