Forum Rules

The American DJ forum is a means for free form discussion of items, issues and matters relating to American DJ, American Audio, Elation, and Global Truss products only. It is also a place to give and receive advice and to sound out creative solutions to problems.
  • It is by no means a forum to criticize, condemn or pass judgment on other postings. Flaming and profanity will not be tolerated!
  • Any technical questions should be directed to the support@americandj.com. There you will receive an official and accurate response.
    Discussions promoting other manufactures or their product features will be promptly deleted, as well.
  • Advertising is *NOT* permitted. This prohibition includes individuals selling personal items and posts whose sole purpose is to announce web pages which contain primarily commercial or business material, including regional and national music industry vendor directories.
  • A note to vendors: Please refrain from sending a commercial advertisement via email to posters unless a specific request has been made for these services.
  • American DJ reserves the right to edit any and all content of the message board.
    The views expressed on the message board are not necessarily those of American DJ or it's companies.
  • Absolutely no vulgarities in your screen name.
  • No pics of pornographic or otherwise unacceptable nature.
  • Vulgar language will not be tolerated.
  • Cross posting (posting the same message in 2 or more different forums) is NOT allowed.
  • Please always try to be considerate of your fellow members. This forum is comprised of men and women, young and old, white, black, and all shades in between. Please keep this in mind when posting. Thus, no ethnic or gender bashing posts, please.
  • No flame wars. If a topic is inflammatory, the moderators will take care of it.
    Piracy will NOT be tolerated. Any discussions of how to obtain pirated software, illegal download sites, program requests, and other piracy related topics will be removed. Users participating in the discussions also run the risk of being banned from the forums.

Anyone found violating the rules will be warned, which may result in your permissions, to view the forums, revoked for certain period of time. Further violations may lead to being permanently banned.
