MASTER DIMMER ON THE supplied REMOTE (not only on DMX MODE)

I don't know what the fix will be but please FIX IT

i am sorry to sound inpatient, but i have a few parties coming up for the holidays and i would like to know if there has been a solution to the issue with the supplied remote not controlling the master dimmer (only the color change). It is a major reason why i bought this product. Sure i could use dmx to control it ( you might say..), but that is not possible always  especially when renting out the light to another dj . Please solve it soon !

happy new year, used it yesterday and had to run it through mydmx go for master dimming..... Adj could have done better on this product regarding the remote and its functions. I expect what i was sold on : master dimmer on the remote.

Maybe an updated remote with the master dimming feature is the solution ?

Hi Romeodan, I do apologize for the long delay in reply to this thread.
In fact the remote will not actually control the intensity as you've unfortunately found out. We do greatly apologize for the error in communication of this to end users of this product and we will ensure this is communicated on the product page going forward.
We do not have a fix for this.

Well that's disappointing...it was a key selling point. If I knew it before I bought it...is adj -eliminator thinking about a way to compensate us buyers in some way for that ?

Since it seems that nothing can be done about it ? Maybe a new version remote control that has that function free of charge  ?

Hi, at this time I cannot comment on any sort of recuperation or possible hardware updates for this, but I will for sure be asking our teams about this and try my best to have something done.
