hi there from greece-

i just got one of these MEGA WASH 24 and i have a question :

with the supplied remote is there a chance i can use the master dimming feature for the colors ?

when i choose a static color on the supplied remote and press the + & - buttons it only changes the color , not the intensity.

as per the manual it says :

REMOTE OPERATION ( i guess they mean the remote or does remote mean dmx ?)

Color: Activates color mode. Select a static color using the colored keys. The intensity for the set color can then be adjusted with the + / - buttons. Selectable colors are red, green, blue, orange, lime green, pink, amber, cyan, magenta, yellow, purple, and white

am i doing something wrong ?

i am sorry to sound inpatient, but i have a few parties coming up for the holidays and i would like to know if there has been a solution to the issue with the supplied remote not controlling the master dimmer (only the color change). It is a major reason why i bought this product. Sure i could use dmx to control it ( you might say..), but that is not possible always  especially when renting out the light to another dj . Please solve it soon !
