i Just purchase a mydmx3 interface downloaded the software , put in my product key when prompted to do so. my interface is detected by the Hardware Manager software but not in the device tab in my dmx3. I have tried restarting the software multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Im on MAC
im not sure what the problem is please help!.

Hello, you don't have the SUT tool or hardware manager running at the same time when you try to open the MyDMX 3 program, right? The driver cannot be split and used in two locations at once, it won't work.
no i do not, i just have my dmx 3 running
What all have you tried? Have you tried different USB ports? Try it on a different Mac or windows computer just for sanity check? Which release date of MyDMX 3 are you installing?
I am having the same issue. The hardware manger can control the interface just fine but MyDMX3 does not show the device at all.
