cant download 2.1

hi there, i have the mydmx buddy and paid for the 2.1 (£14.40) but it keeps saying im in demo mode. ive connected the device and it updated via the sut suite and everything was ok. i was previously using an older version of mydmx 2.1 but cant download the updated version as it keeps saying the file is invalid. can anyone help?
