Hi I just bought My Dmx Go and new to DMX in general.

i bought to Rockville moving heads

the fixtures are in the app but the lights have wireless dmx

So I figured I didn’t need to run a dmx cord into the moving head from my dmx go and it would all connect wirelessly. I added the fixtures in the app and got the right dmx Adress going but do I still need to run a dmx cable into my master moving head and then set the other moving head as slave .  My Rockville moving heads have a dmx color button and I matched the right color but I don’t see a button in the my dmx go app for colors . Do I need to patch into one moving head and then that moving head sends the signal wirelessly

Hi, the only aspect of mydmx GO that is wireless is the communication between the APP and the GO hardware itself, you will still need a DMX cable going from output 1 on the GO (output 2 does not work for the GO APP) to your first moving head, and then perhaps the wireless built into your fixturers will take over from there to the rest of the fixtures.
The DMX Color button is not relevant to actual DMX coming from the GO hardware, it is seems to be for a color identifying the wireless DMX "channel"
you should probably read all the manuals for the moving heads and their wireless DMX components to fully understand them.
