Waiting for device to become available

I updated my firmware via my PC with the Hardware Manager and followed all of the instructions. However, no matter what I try, I can not get My DMX Go to recognize the wifi network from the My DMX Go Box. There's got to be a simple explanation to fix this, but I can not figure it out no matter what I try.
