VMS4 TRAKTOR EDITION HEAD PHONE PROBLEMS

I have recently purchased the VMS4 Traktor edition(it comes with Traktor american audio VMS EDITION 2. My headphone preview buttons are all wonky. Somebody please tell me how they work. cause they make no sense to me

it also seems like channel A needs to be up a little bit before anything can be heard from ch B IN THE MAIN MIX. Slider A is behaving like a crossfader I think

either your vms does have the old firmware on it (i doubt) or in traktor you are in internal mixing mode - please choose EXTERNAL mixing mode!
