Hey. Hopefully you can help me out. I have a VMS4 that has seemed to have lost Channels 2-4. Both Decks work but they run all of the music to MidiLog 1/Channel 1. Crossfader, cue buttons, gain/treb/mid/bass on channels 2-4 don't work, the both usb/analog switches and both assign knobs don't work. I can load, cue up, play, pause and adjust tracks on both deck on the midi, all the effects, pitch, samples, sync work too. I am running the full version of VirtualDJ on a MacBook Pro running the latest OS. Should I send it back for repairs? Thanks

are you in external mixing mode?
