Vms 4.1 lights doesn't work

Hello together,
I recived my vms4.1 yesterday, but after I all cables in, only my laptop showed me that something is put in.
The lights of my Controller doesn't work, so I don't know, if its a firmware problem or should I map this?.
Its not normal that nothing works.
