My Art-net Device Not Selectable

I am trying to connect my software to an ArtNet network, the device is disovered by the software and appears as an option, but I can't select it. Has anyone ran into this problem and found a fix?

Did you pay for 1 universe artnet license for your MyDMX 3 hardware?
Artnet feature is not free, it is a paid add on.

I just discovered this to be the case earlier. Still thanks for the reply. Do you know if those payable 1 universe artnet licenses are stackable?

Hi! Yes, you can purchase up too I think 100 artnet universes to be used on one mydmx 3 hardware, just got to make sure the computer can handle the network traffic and processing.
