Everytime ive tried to use easy remote with MY DMX 3.0 i get stuck on a loading screen on the app after i select my device. Can anyone Help?

Hi, you do have the FULL license to use Easy remote correct? Also be sure that both the laptop and the device are on the same exact network.
I Activated to 30 Full trial 3 days ago to check that it will work before purchasing the upgrade from express. From my understanding though it should still work that way no?
and yes same network and i can connect. just see a black loading bar and none of my show tabs show up.
Yes it will still work with the 30-day trial.
seems like maybe it’s an issue on the device? Try a different device or tablet or phone and also try it run it with the interface not plugged in at all, it should also work in demo mode.
let me know what happens.
Tried it on iphone as well as the Ipad, would a fresh install solve the issue?
