Updating Operator 384 Firmware

I cannot get my DMX board to enter USB Mode. I am connected to a Windows 10 computer and then power on while holding the Program button but the screen never goes to USB. Please help.

@djgenew

support told me that some of the older boards don’t have the ability to update firmware. The only way to find out is to give them your serial number. Chances are that is the case with yours as well.
