UNABLE TO CONNECT TO WINDOWS 10 COMPUTER WITH USB CABLE

I am new to DMX and to the ADJ Airstream DMX Bridge. The software I have on my IPad is version 2.8 and it says my bridge version is R.66. I don't understand because all the videos I have seen is V.2 or V.3. I am trying to install version 3 onto my bridge and I can see the unit in config and it connects to my computer fine. When I try to connect it to the program that updates the bridge software it won't connect. Any help will be great. Thank you.

Don’t try to update, you already have the latest version for your bridge.

I’m sorry are you sure? What is the newest version of the bridge? Mine says R.66. I have seen in old videos that I can draw shape/figures and my moving head lights will follow. Is that still an option? I’m new to this and have never set up a scene or show. Thank you for your help
