UKing B136 moving head won't work

I have have looked at the profile for the UKING Moving Head. And tried controlling two of them.

I can get the

Everything works except

Fine Tilt

Fine Pan

Red, I have all colors except red.

Has anyone else run into this problem.

I know red works on the lights because of when I disconnect from dmx I will get red via sound on the unit.

Hi, as long as the fixture is also in 14ch mode(You will have to set this up yourself manually on the fixture display menu), and set to the same matching starting address then the fixture should respond just fine to the channel faders as it is in the DMX chart, anything outside of that is typically some sort of user error or a problem with the fixture itself.
I don't see anything wrong with the profile itself that would hinder these functions at all.
