Trying to Register My DMXGO No Serial Number

HI I have a new MyDMXGO bought in the UK brought new and From an reputable online supplie

I want to use it so have come to register the device via DMX soft website and have been asked for a 20digit serial number which has not been provided in the box. Ive tried to get support from ADJ and DMX soft but they ask for other the serial number or a bar code number to get into the support system.

The deVice has a bar code on the back but this is not accepted by the system so I can't get any support

Can anyone help me set up my device?

Plug the MyDMX GO hardware into a computer and download the Hardware manager program for Mac or windows from the product page: https://www.adj.com/mydmx-go (Go to downloads and gran the windows or mac version)
It should at least detect your hardware and display the serial number that DMXsoft support is asking for.
