All my presets and libraries had deleted themselves.
I had the app as if I had downloaded it for the first time.... 
has it happened to anyone?
How should I exit the app so that this does not happen again if I turn off the ipad?

It's weird, because I had my login in the app and supposedly everything is recorded.
I went through the tutorial, tried to do the same thing, I hope it won't happen to me again.
I understand that if everything is deleted unexpectedly, I exit the login and log back in and everything reappears again?

Once you save a project it should be stored within a MyDMX GO folder on the tablet device, so it should always be backed up in there. We don't really get a lot of user reports of stuff just deleting itself.
