Mini Par 4 Bar handheld remote

Sweetwater has sent me two additional Eliminator remotes and those dont work either. The fixture is good but the remote is useless. I have read other views on this issue and they say the same thing. What remedies do you have for this issue and if you dont have remedies, what do you suggest? The only salvage to this fixture is to control it via DMX. You indicate that it is an 8 channel fixture. What controller is needed to cover all the functions in this unit?

Hi, this could be an issue with the bar itself, i'd ask that you reach out to service@adj.com and they can assist you, or we do offer very low price DMX controllers, if you just want direct channel control to set levels, this will work: https://www.adj.com/sdc12
