Hello! I recently bought the MIDI add on. The add on wasn't showing so I turned off all the scenes and saved the show and quit the program. However, once the program shut down the house lights (one of our scenes) turned backed on. Since then we have lost connection with all the scenes within the specific group, any advice on how to gain connection back to the scenes in that group?

Lost connection to the scenes as in MIDI linking or it has steps programmed but they don't output?
@jingles8302 I am not for sure, the lights are on and if i click the scene on and off the lights do not respond.
ok, maybe take a video of the issue showing the screen and the lights and all that and we can better get an idea of the issue.
@Jingles8302 I’m not physically there until tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions as to what settings/preferences to look out for?
there really aren't any settings that can knock out a group of lights in scenes.... it's something we need to see either screen shot or video or you send us the show file and we can see if it does the same to us.
Oh bummer, I will be back up there to look at it tomorrow. Is there an email I can send it to?

Picture wont show me anything, a video of you explaining the issue will, that and the show file.
Okay, how do I send a show file?
In the program when you go to Save, go to Save As, then save it to the desktop, and then send me that file. if it is over 40mb, you can zip it and send to me or use a file sending website like yousendit.

The software lost connection might be occurring because of the bad web hosting of your website. Your web hosting might not be strong enough to handle this.
