Sweeper Beam Quad Kicking into Sound Active

I'm having a problem with my DMX controlled Sweeper Beam Quads somehow starting to do their own thing. They work fine via DMX for awhile and then I think they're kicking into sound active mode on their own. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

check you cables. it sounds like you're losing DMX signal. if the problem continues, please contact our service department for an RA# at 800-622-6337

They're in line with other lights, and everything else is fine. I'll try them on their own and see what happens.
