Hi,
I had several problems with the profiles of myDMX.
I sent a help request on 27/06/2012 and explaining all the data sending equipment in use in my restaurant.
After several weeks, during which I was informed that the manager was working for me, the 17/07 I am told that the profiles are in use in the program (without specifying which of these should I use). A nice way to pick you for help.
A few days later I returned for help on 21/07 but until now no one has deigned to answer me.
Of course I have several celebrations planned at this time but I can not use the lights of the stage.
What can I say myDMX: It does not work and I would say the same for the support site.
