I am having an issue with some Shehds Movers the 100W LED Spot. I have built a custom profile for the fixture straight from the manual, the first 4 channels are: Master Intensity (M/I), LED Ring Effect (R/E), Spot Intensity (S/I), and Shutter (SH). All Channels (CH) are set to 8-bit fade. The 2 scenes created have a 3 second fade in & out.

I have made the M/I CH master and sub controllable and when I record my scene with just the M/I CH at full, when I put that to a sub the Matrix Button for the scene works correctly, however when I move the fader or press the play button for that sub it brings the M/I and R/E to full. Even though when I recorded the scene the R/E CH was at null. The same thing happens with the S/I (Master and Sub Controllable) and SH CH respectively.

Any help on this subject would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I was trying the profile from the online library: Shehds LED Spot 100W Lighting (SHE-spCMH100W-6BMEU). The interesting thing that I found with this profile is when I setup the exact same scene of CH3 - Dimmer at 255 when it played back it instead moved CH1 - Dimmer, which I found very weird. I wonder if there are some other lines of code in the background that we can't see that are possibly running an override, but I don't see why they would do that.

Hi, so this is one example of how important it is when making profiles to set channel properties correctly, if you put an 8-bit fade on a shutter channel it will do like what your video shows if that channel is included in a scene that fades.
Do you think this is the case? what is the channel fade mode set for the profile you made?

You are correct the mode of that channel in my original profile was 8-bit Fade. After downloading the online profile and seeing that they had it in Snap Before Fade I have since changed my profile to be in the same modes as the online profile. Still no change in how the profile acted. such as why a scene that is only recording CH3 when played back runs both CH3 and CH4. Same going for CH1 and CH2. I can do some further testing with other Channels such as Pan and Tilt and Gobos and see if those have any similar effects.

Running test while I type this . . . Test Concluded (this is not a joke I did actually run the test. haha).

Parameters of test: Run P/T, GOBO, PRISM, and COLOR Scenes via the Submasters page. After each submaster turned on check the channels page for confirmation of value changes.

This does in fact seem to be a localized incident with the CH1, CH2 and CH3, CH4 partnerships. all other scenes are changing only the values that have been recorded and no other channels.

I'm not exactly sure how this console handles whole show saves and if I can send you a file that will literally recreate my show profile on your console. Maybe that's just all of the pieces in the Archive Save, but you would know best.
