this weekend my dmx 3.0 dongle was working fine all of a sudden it stopped working. On the dongle its only displaying the logo when I connect the usb cable not the numbers that usually show up that screen is blank not showing anything. That day it went out the display where it usually shows the numbers it started to slowly dim until it didn't show anything at all. also it looks like my laptop doesn't recognize it any more. does anyone know how to fix this issue. thank you
