Starbar Wash PAR lost red channel?

I have a Starbar Wash that I've been using for some shows now and I've been creating scenes tonight with the lights on for a few hours and suddenly PAR 3 has lost its Red channel (19-Channel Mode). I tried swapping around the PARs and the PAR 3 position always had the same issues so the issue must be in the bar. Does anyone know of an easy way to fix this?
