I can't seem to output a second universe standalone with mydmx5. I've purchased the necessary standalone channels but only the first universe is working in standalone mode. Any idea how to make this work. I've had no luck so far so any help would be appreciated.

Hi, which DMX ports are you using and connected to DMX cables? If you purchased 1024 stand alone channels only ports 1 and 2 will output.
I'm using ports 1 and 2. They work fine in live mode but as soon as I switch to standalone mode port 2 stops outputting.
Can you send me your show file and we can do some testing on our end? Does your model of the interface have 3 pin and 5 pin DMX?

I did a service call with dmx soft and they walked me thru resyncing the interface with the webstore and that solved my issue. Appreciate the help.
