scantron 250 wont tilt

one of my scan trons wont go up & down anymore, i can see it trying but it just shakes like when you first turn them on, the mirror moves left to right perfectly but not up & down....is there any thing i should check before calling to get them repaired?

u could check the tilt motor that should be right behind the mirrior! but i say just call adj today if u git the chance!! they might be able to help u fix it urself over the phone1 jingles out!
