Hello, I've tried to register mydmx go on dmxsoft, but I didn't got registration key in the package. What should I do? Also on hardware manager I got error XHL 78.

Hi, there is no registration key code needed for these devices, they should just get assigned to your account when you go to add a device.
For this type of issue it is best to log into your dmxsoft account and then make a support ticket and ask them to help you register it, as its handled on the dmxsoft side of things.
It will help if you know the 6 digit serial number of the interface, it is typically in the default WIFI SSID name of the device. But they can help you locate it as well.
