Radius 3000 cue button broken

Hello.

About 7 months ago my brother and me bought 2 Radius 3000 and now the Cue button of one of them does not work properly anymore. Sometimes when you press the button it either does go down a bit and you hear that normal clicking sound, like it should be, but the track will not jump to the cue point or it works properly.
Now what should we do.
Should we contact the seller, ADJ or do something else?
