I am not even sure where to start with this request. I bought these curtains and for the most part they work great but I would like to use them with my DMX and maybe even as a matrix.

Here are the specs that I can find in the manual.
8 channels of DMX
Channel # Function Controller Date
Ch #1 nothing 0-10
Ch2 Function 11-100
Ch3 function 101-250

Ch#2 Programs 1-15
Ch#3 Programs 16-30

Ch#4 No Function 0-10
Program Speed 11-255

Ch#5 no function 0-10
7 color 11-255

Ch#6 No function 0-10
Dimmer for Ch 5 11-255

Ch#7 NO function 0-10
Strobe for Ch 5 11-255

Hopefully that makes it as clear as mud.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link to the manual Bedroom DJ.
James, I look forward to your input. I do have 3 of these and 4 of the 2m X 4m curtains as well. I suppose I dont understand the matrix idea very well. What I would like to do is be able to put simple images and words on the curtains. Maybe that isn't possible.
I do agree however that ADJ should sell something like this. I bought them for a corporate gig and have used them for quite a few things since, they are impressive even when just used with the factory presets.
I think trying to generate such specifics might be too difficult based on the capabilities built into the units.

You'd need a true LED curtain that acted more like an RGB display. That would be way more expensive, mainly for the electronics. And you'd want it to be matrixed in a way where you could scale it up or down(minimum 1X1). Imagine a 3 high by 4 wide to get a 16:9 aspect ratio and go massive high def on the cheap! You'd only need 12 of the units and would have to assign the position of each controller in the matrix.

The other problem is these things are RF nightmares, especially when you have to work near the with wiress mics and IEM receivers. Just the nature of the technology right now.

your not really just getting around to getting the profile now since august are you? That's a long wait, you my friend must have some patience. haha.
Sincerely,

NOt really. I was hoping to put some time in to this by now but things get crazy. The problem I am having after a few reloads and restarts on my 64 bit windows 7 laptop is this...I can select the fixture but when I drop it on the grid I get no control over it. It just sits there until I select another fixture and then the first one disappears and the second one has no controls either. Thoughts?
